The rooms were exceptionally light-filled, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I absolutely loved the variety in the breakfast options, including traditional Finnish items that catered to all dietary needs. Plus, the convenient bike borrowing service allowed me to explore the area effortlessly.

I was very pleased with the well-maintained breakfast buffet, which had a variety of local options and was above the standard Scandic offerings.

One area needing improvement is the sound insulation. I could easily hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms.

The spacious rooms with well-maintained wooden floors add to the experience. Just bear in mind, some rooms lacked proper air conditioning and sound insulation. Expect mixed comfort levels with the beds.

I loved that this centrally situated hotel was just a few steps away from the vibrant city center, allowing me to effortlessly explore nearby attractions like Lahti City Hall and the beautiful Lanu Sculpture Park, making my weekend adventure so enjoyable.

The breakfast spread was pretty decent, with a lot of options to choose from, and I appreciated the clean restaurant area. The central location made it easy to access local shops and dining within walking distance, which was a plus for grabbing a quick bite after a busy day.

The air conditioning left much to be desired, as the room was uncomfortably warm during my stay. The sound insulation was pretty bad. I could hear conversations and noise from neighboring rooms, which really interrupted my peace. the decor felt outdated, like stepping into a 90's time capsule, and the narrow parking garage made maneuvering a SUV a bit of a challenge. Lastly, I found the pillows to be incredibly flat, offering little support for a good night's sleep.

The location is fantastic, close to a shopping center and just a 20-minute walk to the lakeside and Sibelius Hall. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast offered a delightful variety catering to all dietary needs. My room was spacious with plenty of natural light and well-maintained wooden floors.

I had a really pleasant two-night stay at this hotel! The breakfast was absolutely fabulous—plenty of options, and it starts early! I did find the pillows too thin, which made my nights less restful. I might consider staying again but with a different pillow setup.
